About Us

Phoenix SA Gymnastics was launched in December 2023 and officially began training in February 2024. We serve children aged 4 and upwards, from disadvantaged communities in Mitchell’s Plain, focusing on providing accessible and high-quality gymnastics training to foster physical, mental and emotional growth.

Coaches are certified in gymnastics, with ongoing training and professional development to ensure top-quality instruction.
