Our Achievements

On 19 July 2025, Phoenix SA Gymnastics participated in the Cape Town District Gymnastics Competition, held at the Western Cape Sports School in Kuils River. Despite the gymnasts limited experience, every single participant qualified to compete at the Western Cape Championships in Saldanha, which took place from Friday, 22 August to Sunday, 24 August. At the Western Cape Championships, they rose to the challenge once again, resulting in the team being selected to represent the Western Cape at the 2025 National Gymnastics Championships in Centurion this October.

On 20 June 2025 our Aerobics gymnasts participated in the Cape Town District Trials, held at South Field primary School where they qualified to compete at the Western Cape Champs. WC Champs took place on 22 August 2025 at the weskus schools of skills in Saldanha bay, where they were selected to represent WC in the upcoming Nationals that will take place in October 2025 in North West.
